Need an Investor?
Our Investment Objective
Merrion prefers to buy cash-flowing properties with development potential (doesn't everyone?). We buy both operated and non-operated working interests, and are especially fond of overrides and royalties. We buy non-producing minerals in developing shale plays. While normally risk averse, we occassionally take a small piece of an exploration prospect if the prize is particularly juicy.
The Partner of Choice
Whether you are looking for some help on a large acquisition or whether you are selling a property, put Merrion high on your contact list. We are nimble (need a bid yesterday and want to close tomorrow?), durable (decades of experience in evaluations and operations), and congenial (we create supportive, collaberative relatioships). As a non-operating partner, we will offer our expertise, but we won't back seat drive you to drink. While winning is the goal, it is a lot more fun to win together with people you like and respect!
